Hello Everyone,

I have PGWP (which is LMIA exempt) and I have a job offer for which no LMIA has been done. As I was not sure about acceptable job offers (LMIA or not) while filling my EE profile I mentioned “no” for job offer.
I will be submitting my application before joining my new job, so should I keep “no” as my reply on the application and submit offer letter with supporting documents or change reply to “yes”?
Also since I haven’t started working do I still have to get reference letter from my employer?
Your help is much appreciated. Thanks.

The job offer should have LMIA then only you can claim points for that.

So, you will have to say No to that.

No reference letter is required for that job.
