from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)

Did RAMANDEEP MARWAH study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada. Help

The second question is asking whether half of your courses were ESL/FSL courses (courses designed to learn/improve your English/French). Answer should be "no"

For most people the answer for the third question is also "no" but if you are indeed required to go back to your home country because of an award then you wouldn't be eligible for the 15 points.

I need help for express entry to Canada. My situation is like this I am B.E mechanical engineer. I have one year experience in maintenance and two years experience in mechanical design engineer. Now Actually I am cashier in USA ( not related to my job). But My status is illegal in USA.can I apply for Canada immigration from without fear of rejection. Also I yes then should I mention cashier as job profile in express entry form. One more thing my asset is all on my parents name but that will mine after them also they gave me power of attorney. Can I mention that as my asset. Last thing what is the procedure go about the filling of express entry form.what are documents needed. Please please reply me. Help me out please

You need to take the IETLS and get your education credentials assessed (ECA). Otherwise you will be deemed ineligible for Express Entry. Most people do it through an agency called WES, do your research on this.

Your cashier experience in the US is irrelevant as it is not skilled work experience. You won't get any points for this.

Can't help you with your police certificate as I do not know if there are complications as you're illegal in the states.

My one year experience is apprentice in mechanical maintenance engineer. Will that be consider as experience or not.and I have 4 month experience in mechanical design engineer but that company is not ready to give me experience certificate. And my 3rd experience is same as mechanical design engineer but it's 1.9 month experience is that experience is enough to apply in express entry.
