The second question is asking whether half of your courses were ESL/FSL courses (courses designed to learn/improve your English/French). Answer should be "no"ramansingh05 said:Hi,

You need to take the IETLS and get your education credentials assessed (ECA). Otherwise you will be deemed ineligible for Express Entry. Most people do it through an agency called WES, do your research on this.alokverma said:Now I have to answer IELTS and summit that score. What else is required to filling up Express entry form. What do you mean provincial PR program.it is same. What is minimum amount or asset should required for PR selection. How to get police clearance for illegal people in USA. If you were educated outside Canada, you may need to have your educational credentials assessed against Canadian standards. Is it experience is good enough to apply. Should I mention that I am working as cashier in USA as a experience ( that is not related to my job). Please please reply

For most people the answer for the third question is also "no" but if you are indeed required to go back to your home country because of an award then you wouldn't be eligible for the 15 points.
