Hi Sgemini,

I am interested in listening more from you regarding the WES process, due to I am currently in WES process. From the above information, you received your report within 17days? - so, which means 2 weeks+ on the calendar days..
If you do not mind, to double cross-check, could share your experience from the first step until you receive it.

Thank you
that's right, 20 business days, after they receive your complete documents. However, it may take longer if they require any additional research, correspondence or verification.
I didnt face any issues doing ECA with them. Just make sure that you send the documents as they mentioned.

Hope that answers your query. If you have any specific questions then let me know.

Dear Senior members of the forum ,

This morning I received a message on my CIC account saying Ontario has expressed interest for PNP..
My question is:

1.) What i understand is that post filling up the form--->Pay fees and submit documents---->Receive PNP--->update CRS score--->Receive ITA ... am i correct?

2.) Does it make sense to pay $1500 CAD for this application and get a PNP ? My CRS score is 451

3.) Is it wiser to wait for the regular draw and be open to moving to any part of the country and getting a job ??

Thanks,
Snigdha

With this score, it's not required to go for the PNP since last 2 draws had cutoff of 450. Hopefully you will get an ITA in next draw. It would be better if you start collecting all the documents that Ontario has mentioned and wait for a month. If you don't get an ITA by that time, then take a call. Ontario gives you 45 days to submit the application.

3.) Is it wiser to wait for the regular draw and be open to moving to any part of the country and getting a job ??
yes, makes sense.

Thanks,
Snigdha

Hello,

I have 443 points right now. Is it wise to wait for the cutoff (450 at the moment) to reach my score or apply to PNP? Thanks

It's my **guess** that cutoff may come down to your score in near future.
Btw, did you receive any interest notification from any of the Provinces? If yes, which province and when?

I just applied for FSWP without PNP so I guess I wont be invited by provinces. Thanks for your reply

Re: Express Entry Step by step instructions/ Intention to reside in Ontario

Do I need to do ECA for my wife's education (bachelor and master degree)?
If yes, does it affect to the points? - does it add some point?

Secondly,
I have two master degrees, do I need to do ECA for both? or one is enough?
Is there any different price for the ECA process for more than two transcripts?
How much is the price to process ECA?

Lastly, just want to confirm. Is it the address that we use to send the documents (by using international courier)?

Hey everyone. I got a question and would really appreciate it if someone could give me an answer.

1. I have 3 years of experience. First year I worked in petroleum industry. The 2nd year I was involved in construction. And in the 3rd year I worked as a chemist (my degree is chemistry). I want to apply as a chemist. Do I need to have the reference letters from all the employers Ive worked on or I need only to prove my experience in chemical industry? The same about my friend - he has degree in finance but right after graduation he worked as a translator for 7 years. And after 7 years he got a job in finance (worked about 2 years). Does he need to tell that he worked as a translator? In short - you need to prove all the experience you got or you can choose which experience to show?

I don't recall the full addresses (House/Street No. etc) of places I stayed in over the last 10 years as I moved a fair bit and never bothered to keep records. The EE application is asking for detailed address and period of stay. What are my options in this case? Can I just put in my permanent address for the durations for which I don't have full details?

Hello,

Will I need to all the addresses in last 10 years to put in EE profile? Also do I need to put the exact date whenever I have changed my address?

Thanks in advance.
Any input on this would be much appreciated.

Not very sure on this but one thing is for sure, you CANNOT leave gaps. IMO, if you don't give the proper addresses, that might raise the eyebrows of the VO. May be someone who is in your situation can help!

Also, search for old mails/addresses on your expired/old IDs (driver's license/other ID cards).

Good luck!

1) ECA for spouse is optional but it will add points to your CRS. So, I suggest you to go for it.

2) That depends on your country of Education, the degree obtained. usually, if you have a Masters degree, you DO NOT have to get your bachelors evaluated BUT you pay the same fee if you get both your degrees evaluated. So, I suggest you to go for it. The fee would be around 322 CAD (if you choose the International Courier) option or less if you choose Standard Mail as the mode of delivery.

Do you know how big is the point?

Not very sure about how big the point difference would be. You can check that for yourself in the points calculator.

No. It has a Canadian address. An address in Ontario to be specific. You must create an account in the proper portal. Type WES ECA CIC in Google and use the first link.
Thank you very much

Dear Asivad and senior members, I have a few peculiar questions which are raising concerns. Hope to get lucid clarifications.

Q1) Whether for me (principal applicant) or for my spouse should I include only and only those work experiences, while filling up the post-ITA form, which I can support by a clear set of documents (appointment letter + experience certificate + jobs and responsibilities letter + pay stubs) for each experience mentioned?

Only and only those experiences that you are claiming points for under CRS and/or program eligibility.

Is mentioning of any work experience considered by CIC as claiming it? Can I claim points for some work exp and merely mention others (without claim)?

Yes. The officer will either apply their discretion or proceed with your explanation (if provided) if you mention something in there without wanting to claim points for it.

If I mention any unclaimed work exp without supporting documents will the trigger-happy CIC base my rejection on this even if I am getting complete points from other work exp?

Not at all. But this is just an unnecessary complication. When you know someone is potentially trigger-happy, you would try and minimize risk, right?

Q2) Under travel history section of principal applicant if some foreign trips are mentioned am I obliged to repeat the same information under travel history section for SPOUSE's family member???

Yes. Separate individual, separate passport stamp.

Do I need to mention my/spouse sister's foreign trip who will not be accompanying with me/us to Canada?

No.

Q3) I, as principal applicant, applied to CIC for PR under FSWP 2014. The application was rejected with a UCI number. Although I am sure that it was neither my spouse nor my kid who applied to CIC but should I leave empty the UCI field in their respective sections? What I think is that UCI number is always linked with the principal applicant, ain't it?

UCI number is for the application - if they were a part of your 2014 application, mention the same UCI in their section as well, if asked.

Many thanks in advance to put efforts in clarifying these severe doubts. These confusions are really holding up the PR pipeline!
Thanks Asivad for clearing all my confusions but one.

Yes. Separate individual, separate passport stamp.
I am the principal applicant and I mentioned all the foreign trips in my section. In SPOUSE section, when it asks for my wife's or her family members' foreign tours what should I write? She has never been abroad but if I count myself as her family member then in spouse section should I must repeat all those foreign tours that I have already mentioned in the principal applicant's section??? Great confusion. Why CIC will ask for redundant information?

I have a UCI number from FSWP 2014 and I have mentioned it in the form. The rejection letters states that I applied to CIC for PR but there is no file number although my application was processed. Now, if I say yes to "applied for PR" it asks for file number and if I say no then wouldn't it be a misrepresentation???

Please help for this clarification. Thanks in advance.

Dear Asivad and seniors,

Please suggest.

Where to upload the IELTS results report in the application. I am not able to find any placeholder for language test. I read somewhere that there were applications rejected due to missing IELTS report.

Please help.
