I got my PCC in May and been waiting for transport draw since ..its been more than six months..Do i have to reapply for PCC again if i haven’t left Canada since i came here?

June -> Left CountryA
July -> Visitied Canada on tourism.
August -> Arrived CountryC and continue my employment.
For the "Personal Activities" section in July, should I list it as "Unemployed and on vacation"?

Not a job site. And don't share all your personal details in a public forum like this. You have to see if you qualify for any immigration programs that Canada in offering. A simple Google would answer all your questions!
If it was a paid vacation (under your company benefits), then you were not unemployed.
Yes they jst ask for month/year when you create a profile. Once you get ITA and you submit your complete application, then they would calculate your 1 year accordingly using the dates that'll be mentioned in your work experience letter.

- Check Eligibility: Use the Canada immigration website.
