Hi,

Yes you can submit your ECA after ITA.

If you get an ITA, we may ask for more information about your results as we process your application for permanent residence.

ECAs are valid for 5 years and must also be valid at the time an application for permanent residence under Express Entry is submitted.

Thanks....

It seems that the CRS score will drop in future also and may reach to the minimum level on the base of which a candidate become eligible and get entry in the pool.

Absolutely, CIC already cancelled all Temporary work visa and it will be expired after 1-April. Due to going shortage of experience worker in Canada, CIC need go to further reduce on CRS score in EE on next pool to make the fill-up the shortage by speedy process....

This is a great initiative by Shamrajjo bhai... +1 for u

just need to know...
1. As I have already submitted my WES-ECA and ITELS original document to CIC for FSW-2014 then how can I re use/issued those documents to apply for EE? (Actually it took around 4 months to get ECA, other side to get another good score, we need to re sit IELTS for both me and my spouse. )
2. Do I have to get ECA for my spouse to to claim education point?

regards

2. Do I have to get ECA for my spouse to to claim education point? - Yes, Needed

Bhaiya,

I am bro not "Apu" though my spouse is PA however...

1. You can create your profile in EE anytime and can edit later if you require and submit your CV in Job Bank. Once you are selected you can provide all required docs within 2 months of time. Re ECA report that you can spare copy (as I know) and you can collect another copy of IELTS until expire it within two years of time from BC/IDP. Yes for your more score in EE to better have your high score in IELTS the only option or you have job or PNP.

2. Yes if you want to claim your spouse score you need to get ECA & IELTS for your spouse.

Thanks...

Hi,

I do not want to disappoint anyone but I would like ppl, who already have FSW applications under processing, to rethink before attempting the EE option.

It is not hard to understand that those who are frustrated with the waiting game for finalization of their FSW applications are likely to consider EE a second alternative. These ppl are also likely to have obtained GCMS notes and found out the current status of their cases. So, below is a question to those individuals.

Suppose you have seen in you GCMS notes that your FSW case is stuck due to security checking. So, what difference does it make if you get an EE invitation and then lodge an EE application? Your EE app will still be subjected to security checking because of who you are, your name, country, personal history, etc. If your on-going security checking ends while your EE app is being processed then your FSW app, which is already close to finalization, will have only MR, RPRF, PPR, and DM remaining.
