Express entry - Proof of common law

Express Entry - CEC stream

Im planning to create my EE profile in December’19 - (CRS: 465) With my common law partner. We have been living together since December’18. But the only document that proof this is our Ontario ID w/ same address.

We rented our first Apartment together by Feb’19. So we have the lease to proof that.

Do you think that would be an issue to create a EE profile as common law partner before feb’20? Even if we don't accept an ITA until February?

I assume you got your PR approved with common law partner through express entry.
Now, I am in worries for my application as I am in same boat. Can you please tell me what documents did you submit?
Did you face any problem?
