express entry profile rejection

I have created my profile and after an hour i got a message of ineligibility.its not possible because i have checked my eligibility 10 times and my CRS score is 390.what could me the reason

i have done electrical engineering from Pakistan . got eca assessment.
done IELTS speaking 8 listening 7 reading 6.5 writing 6.5.
Have continuous 40hr/week paid experience of 3 years in logistics company. NOC IS 731
I am ready to bring 20,000 CSD.
WHAT COULD BE THE REASON OF REJECTION?
PLEASE HELP

My profile was successfully accepted in the pool for a month and when i added my short term experience with another noc, my profile got ineligible. I had to make another profile. I used the same email id. Now i have a successful active profile(although the ineligible profile is still there but it won't do any harm). Please check for the details you added specially work experiences.

it was just 1 company i have worked for 3 years as asst manager freight operations.and the only NOC i found for this job tittle was 0731.i am quite worried what could be wrong.

How long it takes for ECA assessment?

Oh okay..I have applied for ECA last week,sent the documents to WES due to the labor disruption in canada post it is not yet delivered to WES.
