I have a Master's and my wife has 2 or more Certificates. My wife has worked in the US for a year while I have only worked in India. Who should be the primary applicant?
Welcome to the forum. You need to calculate your scores for both options first, using actual or predicted IELTS scores. Whoever gives you the most points should be the principle applicant. Please clear my doubt.
Just completed medicals and I see IME: Non EDE and upfront medical type :Worker for me and my spouse.

I am facing a serious problem. I worked in two organizations. My current employee has give me a detailed experience letter. I worked with Infosys earlier. I tried to contact my supervisors there but all of them have left the organization. I called an HR person and told him my situation and he promptly replied that we do not give such letters.
What am I supposed to do. I read in one of the post that I can ask my ex-collegue to sign and get it notarized. Am jus little scared because I do not want to loose this opportunity. Will this solution be OK or do I need to do something else.
Anybody else is facing such issue??
Need help.
Thanks in advance

If your scores are pretty much the same, other things to consider are things like who can easily get documents such as work reference letters.
All the best.
