Hi friendS,

1)For proof of education, should we provide attested copies of degree & marksheet ? Or only colored scanned copies are enough ?

2) I provided transcript+degree for WES evaluation. Do I again have to upload transcript+degree OR i can submit Marksheet+degree ?

Hi guys,

I just got my ITA. For the personal upload checklist, I am aware that I don't have a slot for education transcript. Education (diplomas/degrees) is only slot I have about proof of education. by the way, I got invitation through 30 bonus points for Canadian education. Does it means transcript is not necessary for me, only things I need to upload are certified true copy of my Canadian bachelor degree and graduation letter from my university?

Thank you.

Guys,

Is it ok not to mention spouse's foreign work experience in EE profile (for which no points are claimed)? In this case, we will not have to submit reference letter, right? And in case work experience is mentioned, still no points, but reference letter will be needed?

Thank you!

Hi,

I would to like get some information regards with creating EE profile. Actually I created EE profile on Aug,2016. But I didn't have much confident on PR process at that time, So I hired Immigration Consultant and new EE profile created. Currently, I am having two profiles which created by me and my consultant. The reason behind keeping my EE is that I want to track it.

Is there any harm having two EE profiles and please suggest on this.

Color scanned copies of degree will do. However, if your degree is not in either English or French, you have to get it translated, notarized and submit both the original and the translated version.

In the education history section, you can upload your degree (that is shown on your ECA report), your ECA report and the IELTS TRF. Unless your degree is from a Canadian institution, you do NOT have to submit mark sheets/transcripts IMO.

hello dear please if i get ita and all my paper fine can any one or embassy refuse my after that or not

As pessimistic as it sounds, there is a chance of refusal up until the point you receive PPR. However, if your documents are fine and you meet the eligibility criteria, you are safe!

Good luck!

Raj,

Since you're very well informed I was wondering if you could help me... I've looked around and can't find a decent post with what to expect Post AOR. I mean from what we see in the MyCIC page:

Application/profile status Invitation Received
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Not needed at this time
Review of submitted documents
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not needed at this time
Final decision Not Started

I saw a few posts that detail the background check process, but they were quite old (2010). They talked about R10 and A11.2 checks which probably happen in the Review of submitted documents, right?

From your status I have inferred that soon my Eligibility will changed to "Passed" (hopefully) and the Medical will change to "In Progress", at that time it seems that the background check will also change from NN to NS. After the Medicals changed to Passed, the background check will change back to NN...

If you can point me to a post where this is well explained I'd be very grateful. Thanks!

I would recommend that you pool the money in one account before it is credited to your account. Yes, please submit the documents that I mentioned in an earlier post.
thank you sir for your help. but, i am a bit confused still.
my exact situation is like this.

my father-in-law has 2lacs to give me as a gift. he has asset{2 houses} to show in net-worth certificate.
my brother(presently in the UK and will be here in march) has 3.5lacs in his account to gift me. since i need 8lacs fund as a gift. my father will transfer 3lacs{loan taken by my another brother that he will give to my dad} in my brother's account and then he will transfer 6lacs to my account.

now, as you said that i can't take gift deed from 2 person. should i ask my father-in-law to transfer his money to my brother's account and then transfer the entire 8lacs from him to me??

i read somewhere that net-worth certificate is needed from donee and donor. since my brother don't have any other asset except that account balance that he is going to gift me {he has his pf of 3 years}. what should i do?? take a gift from him alone or from both him and my father-in-law. is it needed to show enough amount is left in donors account to support himself after he donates money to me as a gift???

second que.
is it ok ,as per -cic and IT department of india, to transfer 5lacs IN MY BROTHER'S ACCOUNT to give me gift??

third que
do we need to take a gift deed signed from donor exactly on the day of transfer or we can make it afterwards?? since my brother is in the UK at present.

Hi Experts!

My university documents were sent and reached to WES toronto on last Wednesday. How ever, the status is still showing "waiting for required documents". How much time they usually take to update the status ?

Thanks!
