Need your help and advice on the following situation:

I am applying for PR under the FSW Program. Details of Work Experience is as follows:

Work Experience: 14th Feb 2014 till date (Single Employer). Total Work Experience till 31st Dec, 2016: 2 Years 11 Months (If considering Month wise) and 2 Years 10 Months 16 days (If considered date wise)
From the above parameters, my CRS score till 31st December, 2016 was reflecting as 445.

By the virtue of start of January 2017, the Work Experience as per CIC is considered as 3 Years (i.e. From February 2014 to Jan 2017) and thereby an additional 25 Points is awarded, making the total score to 470 and therefore I have received the ITA. Even as per the work experience section in the online profile, CIC considers a month wise calculation rather than date wise.

Please advise if I should go ahead and accept the ITA and submit the documents for PR.

OR whether I should decline the ITA and re enter the pool. In the 2nd option, the points against my profile will be still reflecting as 470 which will present a high probability of getting an ITA in the next draw as well. I wonder how much ITA's can i afford to decline till 14th February 2017 till I complete 3 years 00 Months 01 days as per date wise work experience.

You do not necessarily have to hire an immigration lawyer, the process is straightforward. You can do it on your own. Go through the process and see if it is too complicated for you, then take a call.

You must show 3 years of work up to the ITA date... so my advice is to reject the ITA and only accept it after the 3 years mark. Otherwise you'll pay the fees and probably get a PFL followed by a rejection.

Hey similar thing happened with me.. I have PNP (CEC) but before getting my nomination my CRS score spiked 25 points but my 2 years of work in canada completing on 26th Jan 2017 I have an ITA is this true in my case as well ..? I assume as long as I have PNP is shouldn't matter ?

Also in case my father and I transfer some money to wife's account who is primary applicant then do we need to write a letter or gift deed? IF yes is there any format or it has to be notarised?

6 months bank statements + a bank letter would be perfect.

Yes. You would need the following documents -

1) A gift deed.
2) Proof of debit from the person giving the gift
3) Proof of credit into your wife's account
4) An declaration mentioning that the transferred amount is a gift and the funds are not expected back

I would suggest that you transfer from one account (preferably from your account) instead of showing gifted funds from 2 accounts.

Well, I'd suggest that you say YES and explain this in a LOE. Playing safe is the wisest option IMO.

Thanks Rajkamal, it was a stupid error on their part and I had to suffer a lot. I am worried me stating yes will automatically trigger a red flag in their head. If u answer yes to that, you get something called a Schedule A later on right?

I am PNP (CEC) candidate. I have ITA now after completing form I have been taken to document checklist but for some reason I don't see a place where I can upload my PNP certificate. I have answered the question as YES where it asks if I have provincial nomination. do you know what could have I possibly done wrong or it is like this only ?
