Lowest CRS score invited ever is 451. It is highly unlikely to go below 450 in future as well.

450 marginally assure your file to be picked up and get an ITA.?

Hi friends,

Under Address history, Provide all of the addresses where X has lived in the past ten years. Do not leave any gaps

1) From 1-Jun-2015 to 31-Oct-2015, I stayed in an apartment in Ottawa. In Sep 2015, I got a job in Toronto, so for a couple of month I stayed in a temporary accommodation. However, I come every weekend to see my family in Ottawa.

which of the following case should I enter?

Case1: Enter both the addresses.
Ottawa Address: 1- Jun-2015 to 31-Oct-2015 and
Toronto Address: 1-Sep-2015 to 31-Oct-2015

Case2: Enter only one address
Ottawa Address: 1- Jun-2015 to 31-Oct-2015

I don't think so. If your application was "RETURNED" as opposed to "REJECTED" because you were found ineligible in the very beginning, then IMO, this does not count as rejection. I suppose you would not have got any UCI number along with your returned application?

Only thing I received was an email which had number B057*****
This email stated

For the reasons outlined above, your application does not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing.

The fees that you have paid are refundable.
( I had not paid any fees)

I think you should only enter 1 address; you weren't living at the other address.

I have a query about NOC. Please advise me whether I qualify for "3 or more years....". Following are my experiences:

NOC 1111 - 1 yr(Mar12-Feb13)
NOC 1112 - 1 yr(Mar13-Feb-14)
NOC 1111 - 6mths(Jun15-Aug15 and Dec15-Feb16)
NOC 1112 - 6mths(Mar15 - current)
Total - 3 yrs

All above experience comes under NOC "A". Can it be classified as "3 or more years of work ex........" to claim max points? Or it should be in one NOC (eg. 1111) only? Thanks
