I've no idea what it means! In fact, I don't remember seeing that at all!

Hope someone who understands these things better than me will answer your question.

Good luck.
Hi,

Thank you for the prompt reply. Although, there's still a small query.
I read this in the official website,

Minimum requirements
Skilled work experience
Your work experience must be:

  • in the same type of job as your primary NOC
  • within the last 10 years
  • paid work (volunteer work, unpaid internships don’t count)
  • at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC)
  • at least 1 year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous:
    • full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
    • equal amount in part-time: 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
    • full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
The part which is confusing me is in bold. Can you throw some light on that please?
Thank you!
Hi,

The above are CEC requirement and they mean that one must have 1 year of work experience, which can be from multiple jobs as long as they add up to 12 months of full-time experience (30hrs/week).

If you are applying under the FSWP you need to me the requirement below:

"The applicant must have accumulated at least one year of continuous full-time (or the equivalent in part-time) paid work experience in the occupation identified in their application for permanent residence as their primary occupation."

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/econ/fsw/minimum.asp

The difference between the two is that 1 year for FSWP applicants must be from 1 job (continuous).

Hope that makes it clear.

Regards

It's OK to have the proof of funds in your name if you're the co-applicant. Just write a letter saying that your spouse has your consent to show the money to IRCC as proof of funds and you're aware that the money will be used for settlement when you and your spouse land in Canada.
Correct. Just make sure it's notarized to add legal validity.

Regards

Hello I have a query regarding POF. MY father deposited amount directly (NO wire transfer, No cheque) to my account dated back june 06.
will the content of the LOE looks OKAY?

"Dear Officer,
This is with regards the source of funds in my account. Please be informed that I hold personal savings account in following Indian Bank:
Bank Name Branch Account Number IFSC Code MICR Code

XYZ Bank 00000000000000 000000000000 00000000

I received INR 00000 (Lac Only) as a result of my Father’s volition and a mark of his natural love and affection towards me. This deed is reflecting in transaction dated 09/06/2017 via cash deposit. I have also enclosed a Gift Deed letter, signed by my father for your reference. If you have any further clarifications, please call me on: +91-000000000 or email me at: 000000@00000"

Is there anything I have to submit apart from gift deed ?

Hi,

"I received INR 00000 (Lac Only) as a result of my Father’s volition and a mark of his natural love and affection towards me." - hahaha, I love this. This should be fine, you just need to add your bank statement showing the deposit and the bank letter.

All the best

Haha, lets hope the Visa officer will not have seen the same statement a thousand times. You can change it slightly by putting your own words, but it's good.

Could you please confirm if on this letter do I need to provide some 4-5 liners about company profile as well ?

Its urgent as i will be getting it done today, so a prompt reply will be really appreciate.

Thanks

Hello Everyone.
Plz help

Today i submitted my profile and got a message " You are not eligible". Can u help me whts the problem?

I used come to Canada Tool and it showed eligible and used that reference code to fill my profile.

Age: 28
IELTS : L=8 , R=7.5 , W=6.5 and S=6
Edu. : B.Tech(4 years) ECA done and used the WES reference id also
POF : CAD 15312 for 2 ( Not sure if it should be 15312 or more than 15312)
Exp. : Primary NOC (2171) - 2.5 years from 06/2012 - 11/2014
NOC (0621) - 2.7 years current job. 12/2014 - Present
Using last job exp. as primary NOC 2171 because NOC 2171 is in demand in Ontario (chances to get OINP) :)
Is that fine to use past experience NOC or should be same NOC?

Wife ielts : L=8 , R=8.5 , W=6.5 and S=6.5

You profile looks fine.

It's ok to use previous NOC all you need is a minimum of 1 year experience in it.
Make sure you have not selected Quebec as you chosen destination and try put more than the minimum required funds eg 15400.

All the best

Hi,

When you create a profile you must enter each educational qualification separately. The system will see that you have 2 or more post-secondary qualifications and give you the points you deserve.
