i also want to know that can me and my spouse apply in job bank after our application submission? and if my wife gets job from somewhere in canada then my crs score will also be increased or only principal applicants job matter??
Only the principal applicant can create a Job Bank profile. But don't worry; Job Bank doesn't work, so you will never land a job through JB anyway. If you want to look for work online, try other job search websites (indeed, monster, workopolis, etc.).

Only the principal applicant's job will have an effect on your CRS.
If your wife receives an LMIA-supported job offer, simply create another profile with her as the principal applicant. This only works, of course, if she is eligible to create a profile.

I am confused who to make the principal applicant!
I have 10 years experience as a professional and my wife has 2 years experience as teacher + she is also an engineer but her IELTS score i think would be better than me!! what you suggest?

Bro, first give IELTS. Get result.
Get WES done.
Check age criteria.
Calculate your points.

The one with more points (as PA) after the above should be the PA. Very simple.

Check here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp

Whoever has the highest CRS should be the principal applicant.

You will have to arrange funds. Your parents or siblings can gift you the money, you can also show the funds maintained in your spouse's account. You can also show PF, FD, savings account balance, recurring deposits etc as POF.
Stanlee - If i am going to show PF as POF, what document should i provide?

Yes they can. Afterall, the IELTS result, years of experience, age etc will be different and therefore each of yours CRS points will be different. So both create EE profiles and whoever's CRS is more, keep that profile.

IMO PF is not accepted as POF.

Well, IMO, it is.

I also e-mailed NDVO last year and they confirmed EPF can be used as POF.

However, I do not recommend showing all of your settlement funds using EPF. You can probably use it to show additional funds or a part of the funds.

Its a lame question at this stage.

Do I need to put all education level in the EE profile (SSC, HSC, Bachelors, Masters)

Or only Bachelors and Masters
