Yes, I believe you can raise a CSE, apologize and politely request them to consider the updated reference letter.

I worked as a supervisor from 1 august 2014 to 30 august 2014 and then as a manager from September 1 2014 to February 15 2015 then January 21 2016 to 5 august 2016.( THIS IS CORRECT ONE )
But in the reference letter i did mistake I wrote September 1 2014 to 30 September 2014 as a supervisor then September 1 2014 to February 15 2015 as a Manger ( THIS IS I DID MISTAKE )
WHAT I I CAN DO NOW ?

My friend submitted his oasis application on 17 May 2016 and he got additional documents request on 16 Jun 2016 and he submitted docs and then his profile went into in process status. Today, his application is in eligible.

Reason is :
You did not score a minimum of 60 points on the SINP points assessment grid. You were not awarded any points for work experience. From SINP assessment, your work experience in the last 10 years is not related to your post‐secondary education in Women Studies and Political Science.
Work Experience Credentials
Your work experience in the past 10 years is not related to your field of education or training.

As a solution, is below fine ?

He can resubmit profile including one more NOC (4011) having experience of 1 year only in field of education (Women Studies). As he has worked as lecturer(but only for 1 year) in the same field of Women Studies (and these he dint have any documents, he needs to create the affidavits and all )and that too at the start of his career then he moved to IT and working under 2171 from last 8 years.

My query is, His primary NOC for Oasis SINP and EE profile (my CIC) is 2171 as he has been working in this from last 8 years and he will claim points for work experience against this NOC, not against 4011. Is this fine ?

Please suggest if that is fine....

I am sending this CSE to inform you that by mistake I wrote a wrong month in the reference letter of supervisor .actually I worked as a supervisor noc code 6211 and skill level by from 1 august 2014 to 30 august 2014 after that I have promoted as a retail assistant manager noc code 0621 and skill level 0 from September 1 2014 to February 15 2015. I am very apologize for this mistake .and I am sending again updated reference letter .kindly request to you please consider this updated reference letter.i will be thankful to you .

Hi All,

I just got into a trouble. (Received nomination, was going to accept it)
Just today I logged into my CIC account and changed its password and all the security questions' answers.
After that I successfully logged in using new password, system asked for Security question answers, and I answered according to the new answers that I changed just today. But system did not accept it. And it locked my account. Message " You have answered all of your security questions incorrectly. Your account has been locked. You are no longer able to recover your account online."

I am very much worried about this situation. I just received nomination today and was going to accept it.
Please help me how to recover my account.

You can frame the letter in a much better way. This is not how you write to your VO .

Just to summarise what I meant is :

NOC for SINP and EE profile (my CIC) will be same but my query was :

1. For SINP profile- He will include the experience as: 1 year for NOC 4011 (just to compensate the requirement of 1 year work under NOC inline with education and not for work exp points) + 8 years exp for NOC 2171 (this will be primary NOC under which work experience points will be claimed)

2. For EE profile (my CIC)- He will include the experience as: 1 year for NOC 4011 (just to compensate the requirement of 1 year work under NOC inline with education and not for work exp points) + 8 years exp for NOC 2171 (this will be primary NOC under which work experience points will be claimed)

Please suggest if that is fine....
