Really sad! It is very similar to mine as well. My AOR was November 13 (which means two weeks before yours), and everything was done by November 29. They transferred my file to Paris Visa Office and they shelved it for 5.5 months, Eligibility for me passed at PVO on 18 May and that is when they started my security screening.got my gcms notes. Same here, aor 6 dec, eligibility only passed May 1st, started security 30th of May!Really sad! It is very similar to mine as well. In 3 days, my application will reach 10 full months. This is very unfair considering that there are many people nowadays who receive their PPRs in one month even though they have much fewer CRS points than us.
Did they tell you about having your medicals extended by phone? Are you inland?Same here, aor 6 dec, eligibility only passed May 1st, started security 30th of May!
This info is through the phone agents.
One thing they said last week that my medicals got extended until August 2018
Not sure if this implies they are anticipating more delays
Yes they did, I'm outland.Did they tell you about having your medicals extended by phone? Are you inland?
it shows our extreme bad luck. and how cruel an immigration officer can be.Really sad! It is very similar to mine as well. medical extension does not mean anything. coz if they will approve ur app, they will ask u to redo medicals.Yes they did, I'm outland.
And last phone call I threatened to file a writ of mandamus
I don't get you?!medical extension does not mean anything. coz if they will approve ur app, they will ask u to redo medicals.
What is a writ of mandamus?Yes they did, I'm outland.
And last phone call I threatened to file a writ of mandamus
It's a court order forcing a public servant to do their f@@@ing jobWhat is a writ of mandamus?
Have you heard about any applicants doing it
What did they say when you threatened
Thanks for the response. I have never called them by phone and all of my correspondences have been via email. Care to explain what number to use?Yes they did, I'm outland.
And last phone call I threatened to file a writ of mandamus
I fully share your frustration! The worst part is a lack of proper clarification and communication. They don't tell us who might get chosen for SS, or why, or once you are chosen, how long it will take, or basically anything meaningful, an that is really frustrating and shows that this system has some serious flaws. Now we are left with nothing but waiting, and even worse, we don't know for how long we should wait, it could be another month or another year.it shows our extreme bad luck. and how cruel an immigration officer can be.
