OINP PNP Inland (Currently residing in Calgary)

AOR : Dec 28 2016

Updates: only the background check changed from "Not Applicable" to "Your application is in progress, the next step is to conduct a background check."

When I ordered my GCMS notes back in February 16, I got a reply on March 2 saying that "the file in question is not at the permanent residence stage yet".

So I ordered another one last week.

My question is, do you guys think my e-APR has at least passed the R10 completeness check yet ? Could they cancel application based on missing documents after 90 days ?

I got a quick reply from CPC-O a few days ago stating that my application is being processed at the Centralized Intake Office in Nova Scotia.

Your status does not change with PPR, the email is the only thing you get, contact IRCC immediately and explain the situation. Congrats and good luck!

Thank you! Will I get the visa stamped even though I exceed my 30 days? I'm trying to find a contact number to answer my question but could not find one.

Did anyone hear about similar situation? Should i just send my documents now with a LOE?

I think I could answer your question because I have similar situation when order GCMS note.

"the file in question is not at the permanent residence stage yet" simply means your case haven't been opened for review at that time on that day.
In my case, I got the same feedback while ordering GCMS note at the first time, that was on my 78th day post AOR!
So never assume you pass anything until you read that from your GCMS note. 90 days is not a safety timeline for us PNP-I guys

Guys need your suggestion,

In BOWP application, they are asking about the Same employer or New Employer what should I choose? What is the difference? Is there any documentation difference?

Since I am living in Alberta. I submitted my PR application on basis of Nova Scotia - PNP. Should I choose Same Employer option or New Employer Option? or it doesn't matter?

I am looking forward to hearing from you guys.

Thanks in Advance

Choose new employer because once you get your BOWP you could work anywhere as you like,

Your background check is in progress. This is usually a good sign.
