can someone explain :

EE Econ = Not started as on 15 December?
is it correct to assume a hierarchy here: agent ->analyst ->officer ?

AFAIK, getting a passport request (PPR) isn't the same as getting permanent residency (PR). For permanent residency "for real", you'd need the card. Maybe the CoPR on the passport, in some cases....
As far as filling "Permanent resident" on job applications, I'm personally waiting for my passport to come back with the CoPR...

PPR means passport request. It's an indication that your application has been approved and they have requested your passport to stamp the immigrant visa on it. Passport is stamped and sent back along with CoPR(Confirmation of permanent residence). Once you land in Canada, you officially become permanent resident on that day and the immigration officer makes a note of your local address for your PR card. PR card usually takes 6-8 weeks to arrive in mail at your local Canadian address after landing.

PPR means passport request. It's an indication that your application has been approved and they have requested your passport to stamp the immigrant visa on it. R10 always comes under Agent Review. However, if your A11.2 has passed, then IMO, you don't have to worry about eligibility as A11.2 check is all about verifying the MEC.

This means you hold a passport from a "Visa Required" country and a visa sticker should be affixed on PP once the application is approved.

Mine has the same status. I suppose that field denotes "Eligibility" which also states NS on the same date of file transfer. Don't worry too much about it though!

Each person does his/her own work. So, if the relevant personnel has made notes and if you see R10/A11.2 has passed, you are fine IMO. I am not sure what hierarchy you are talking about here.

Check the status of security under "Admissibilities" (and see if S.15(1) is printed in the top right corner of the page. If it is, then your security checks are probably complete. Also, check your visa office (primary and secondary) and how the application has moved in the "Paper file" and "Paper file transfer history" sections.

According to above update, seems most CEC guys got their ppr but none of PNP-I got ppr!
Wish PNP guys have speedy ppr as well
