My PPR came from IRCC.CPCO-FinalRequest-CTDO-DemandeFinale.IRCC@cic.gc.ca so you might consider creating a rule that marks it as important, fowards to your other mail, alarms on the phone, etc etc... :)

I got the PPR mail and my status on the CIC website is still the same, including the BG in progress.....

I would not be entirely comfortable sending my passport outside of the US while I'm here, regardless of the reliability of the mail service (and usps isn't that great for that, from my experience). To be honest, I would gladly hand deliver it at the consulate :)

my BG check changed to "In progress" in the last two hours (I checked around 20h and again now - 23:37, Ottawa time). This leads me to believe that the system updates are done in batches, outside of working hours....

Medical changing to not needed is one thing BG is another, very very different....

For me: AoR on Nov 16, Meds on dec 14, BG still NS.... I'm getting envious of all these people getting updates and saying that FSW is faster ! :)

Does anyone knows the exact format of the photos for the ppr? (process is slow enough, I'd like to be prepared!) (Btw, anyone else checking the site several times a day? I managed to get down to 3 or 4.... not much point in it, but who knows when stuff changes...)

How can you discover which VO is handling your case? (other than GCMS request)
