Thanks Raj! though I am actually worrying now, as they might reject application due to country's PCC since I returned for two weeks in October 2016 while the PCC was issued in April 2016.

But for Most of Us, It all depends on the assigned officer (his mode, speed, activeness, laziness, strictness or leniency ... these all traits are going to effect our fate).
I am not sured about 1 and 3, but I do agree on number 2. Applications from certain countries (Western and developed countries) will be processed faster than those in their "blacklist". We did have evidence that several cities and regions in China are listed as high risk in IRCC's database and requires additional attention.
