I am not talking about work permit extension bro. I know it very well, I did it also when I was in Canada. I am in India now, my employer specific work permit and TRV expired in 2015 May. Now, my current company is in the process of filing TRV for Canada under ICT (Fresh new visa to work in Canada). My worry is if my passport stays with NDVO for visa processing and meanwhile if I get PPR, what should be the next course of action?

Since you are a Dec 3 applicant, I would say it is unlikely for you to receive PPR anytime soon!

Could you explain a little the bg status change meaning ? nn to ns , what's that mean? some touched it ?

ns to nn again: means no need to do bg check ? or else .

Well there is a page on cic website with a tool to check office depending on the country where you reside, I know an office takes care of more than one country. I reside in France so I checked and it said Paris office, i might be wrong but it's what it said on the official website, I think the Paris office also takes care of Portugal and other countries as well.

ideally TRV in India is taking 27 days right now, probably another 1 week for passport dispatch and collection.
Meanwhile if you receive PPR, then I guess only way is to contact VFS Global and request them for cancelling your TRV application.
Passports are always sent to Visa office through VFS, may be try contacting them and check if you opt for cancellation later how long it would take for them to return the passport.

It is necessary only for PNP applicants who will go through paper based applications (depends of the province). If you apply through Express Entry (online), I believe you won't need it.

Quoting CIC website:

"New: If your nomination is through an Express Entry stream, you must apply through the online system. This application package (which include Schedule 4) is only for people applying to the Provincial Nominee Class through the paper-based (non-Express Entry) process. Find out about how to apply through Express Entry.

Great. A couple of us were worried here wondering if our file will be delayed.

+1 :D

No, IMO. That instruction page is for paper based PNP applications, true. However, there is nothing that suggests applicants applying through Express Entry are not required to submit Schedule 4.

Please note that if you do NOT submit Schedule 4 along with your e-APR, you will very likely receive a separate Schedule 4 request.

PS: The page you were referring to was last updated on 2016-08-31. This is not a new update per say.

Please update the tracker, my medical just changed to PASSED and my background is still not needed at this time. Schedule A still says provided though instead of received like i thought.

Hi All,

Post login when you click on the View submitted application, it generally takes you the page where it shows the information page, which is being in transmitted state, and clicking further it takes you to the documents section where it usually says Provided/received. However since this morning I have been seeing that clicking on the "View submitted application" is directly taking me to the Documents section, I just cannot see the transmitted info at all. Is this normal ? Is something really wrong ? Pls let me know.

Thanks,

ITA: 2 Nov
AOR: 24 Nov
PNP applicant
BG : changed from nn to ns 29 Nov after cic update messege also review of submitted documents: changed from blank to no additional documents are needed in this time
BG check changed to nn without cic messege i don't know when.
Nothing new till now even I didn't attach schedule A.

Can anybody understand my case? Is it normal? Have they finished my eligability checks? My file may be transfered to LVO? When I suspect ADR?

Plz add me to the sheet.

Just to clarify my point, I've just checked with some guys who have already received PPR under NBPNP, and they were not requested that form. According to them, the confirmation of nomination document does the job...

But I'm no expert, just sharing some info i have

I totally agree.A friend of mine who already got her visa did not add schedule 4 to her application, and never been asked to provide one, she only put a copy of nomination certificate in the LOE section.....I did the same thing too.

Got ITA on 2nd Nov - PNP Inland
AOR on 29th Nov

Profile - Under Review for Eligibility
Medical - Not needed at this time.

Is there any one else with this time line, or is it only me.
