Ya Raj. I explored that option and the only PPs in our state are in Hyderabad. The email was from DELHI-MEDICAL@international.gc.ca and they clearly asked not to reply back to the email. I am going to talk to the CMM guys and the panel physician for more information. Will keep you posted.

My PCC (and all other documents) are in English. English is one of the official languages of India .

If any document is NOT in English or French, you MUST get the document translated + notarized and submit both the translated+Notarized version AND the original(untranslated) version.

If something is wrong with the documents and their translation do you know when CIC reject tge applicant?
Like when they have any problems with PCC they reject people in 2 or 3 weeks, what about this issue?

All my documents are in English. So, I did not have to go through this process. However, this is a rule of thumb. Translated,Notarized + original version has to be uploaded for all documents that are not in either in English or French.

Ideally, these kinds of errors should be caught during the R10 check (Missing documents etc). If your file passes R10, then there might not be an issue, IMO. However, IRCC is kind of unpredictable in this regard.

Translation of documents

If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with a copy of the original document as well as a version translated by a certified translator.

If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with:

- the English or French translation; and
- an affidavit from the person who completed the translations; and
- a certified photocopy of the original document.

You need to upload scan of original + cerftified translation.
