I would say, earlier the better. Post submission Medicals is one of the first things in the list that gets assessed. Post submission, the status of Medicals can change to Passed anywhere between 2 days to a month.saikris12 said:I contacted CMM and they said that they would not issue any document proof that the additional test was carried out. The initial test receipt is all they issue it seems. They informed that they would directly send the results to the Canadian High commission. The only problem I have here is to know by when my wife needs to take these tests. She is at her parents' and our kid is not doing good at the moment. She is taking care of him. It would be a real pain for us now to get her back here. Also the test requires her to visit the centre for 3 consecutive days which is even more tiresome considering the centre is a long way from our home in Hyderabad. We are ok to get these tests done but we may need some time. Not sure if that works out.
Ok, I will lock the file. Please pm me your email, and I will add it to the edit list.rajkamalmohanram said:Thank you for lending me a hand here. Please do not make the sheet "editable" by everyone - it is going to cause confusion. You can pick 2- 3 volunteers and they can make the changes to the sheet.
Also, I would kindly suggest that you sort the data by AOR date.
PS: I would rather call you by your full name rather than that short name. Because your short name is.... Kind of scary.
Yes. I have time till 02-Jan-2017 to submit my e-APR. I am not going to jeopardise my kids health in all this. Since we have time, we are planning to go for the test in the second week of December. So, what will happen if at all I submit my e-APR now. Will it be kept on hold as additional medical tests are pending for spouse? Is there a downside or delay because of that. Also please note that she is not going to accompany me to Canada. She is there on the application as an unaccompanying spouse. Sorry to bug u guys a lot. The forum is the only source we have. Thanks for all the help and priceless advice.Stanlee said:I would say, earlier the better. Post submission Medicals is one of the first things in the list that gets assessed. p/s: Haha, you are one of the few people who can recognize my name.
Well, if you still have time, I would suggest you to wait, get this sorted out and then submit your application. However, I would recommend you to see of there are ways where this could be done quicker. Considering the number of people applying, you might not want to prolong the submission for too long.saikris12 said:Yes. I have time till 02-Jan-2017 to submit my e-APR. 6 months ago on May 2016, I created EE profile and I was this time single and I got 423 points. I got married and I add my wife besides I have a master degree from Canada. And I figured out that I did some mistakes and fixed them.
after I updated my profile, it has never updated. For 4 months I am contacted CIC to solve the problem and they have never fix it. The systems still treats me as I am still single. After I read about the updates of Nov 19, 2016. I decided to withdraw the profile and create new fresh one. Surprisingly, the system gave me the same points again and no update happened although I was so careful to put everything correct this time. The system did not add points for my education in Canada and didn't add or remove any points coz I got married.
Any advice on how can I fix this?
I suspect something, there is a question "Have you applied for EE before?" Answered YES
Do you think that this answer grabbed my old profile again instead of creating a new one?
Any way, I have changed it to "NO" and the result is still the same. Any advice?
Clearly, you must be doing something wrong. Calculate your points using the CRS calculator -
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
Compare the points awarded for each section and see which section the mistake is in.
