What Schedule 4 requires exactly? I have submitted my ON nomination certificate with eAPR, should I still expect it?

Schedule 4 is a one page document in which you need to mention your name, province which nominated you, the stream under which you were nominated and the amount of funds you would be carrying. You have to sign, scan and upload.

Here you go

Sine I have already received Schedule A request (and a document upload tab has also been activated), is it advisable to also send Schedule 4 along with Schedule A or should I wait for a seperate request?

A. Multiple means they expect you to submit multiple of the documents requested (if applicable) within the same PDF file.

C. Employment record is a letter from your company confirming the details of your employment with them. It should contain the details requested by CIC, although if it doesn't, explain this to CIC and submit pay stubs as well.

Hey rajkamalmohanram & jamezmoran, thanks for the info!

You guys are great and, actually, every one posting on this topic is making everybody else's process that much easier!

Of course I have another question:

Are Pay Stubs mandatory as part of the Employment Record? (IRCC/CIC states that they are to be provided, if one has them)

No, it won't. Most document requests come within 2-3 weeks of eAPR submission.

Thanks Stanlee..

Your thread on PCC really helped with obtaining it in 45mins from ORR PPO!

+1

I have submitted it along with the e-APR and I have advocated the same. However, if you have not submitted it with the e-APR, you will receive a separate Schedule 4 request.

Hi Raj,

Did you have a place holder for the schedule 4 when you submitted your e-APR? I don't see a section to upload schedule 4 for my application.

There is no placeholder for Schedule 4, you can upload it as part of LOE.

Ok..That makes sense. Thanks Stanlee.

On a side note there is a slight delay on my e-APR submission as we were informed by CMM that my wife has to undergo the x-ray once again as per doctor's advice. We got an appointment for Monday. Hopefully I will be part of the November submission batch. This has been our month of destiny anyways. :)

Hello all, I am in November eAPR awaiting the next stages.

Wish all the applicants get PR before May 2017.

Good luck,
Esha

They are not mandatory, but you could be asked to submit them at a later point anyway if CIC isn't satisfied with just the job letter, so lots of people submit them with the job letter anyway. Your concern should be to add as much veracity to your application as you can, and that will keep your officer happy.

Yeah, I second this. Reference letter is mandatory, pay stubs are nice to have. Below is the text from help (?)

Document: Employment Records

You must provide proof of work experience for your current job and for each past position you listed. Proof must include a reference letter from your employer and pay stubs, if you have them.

The reference letter must:

1. be an official document printed on company letterhead
2. include your name, the company’s contact information (address, telephone number and e-mail address), the signature of your immediate
3. show all positions held while employed at the company
4. include these details: job title, duties/responsibilities, job status (if current job), the dates you worked for the company, the number of work hours per week and your annual salary plus benefits.

You must scan all documents for this period of employment and save them as one file. (You must create a separate file for each period of employment.)

Hi All,

I am the secondary applicant. I got my passport re-issued twice because of name change etc. None of the passport (old/new) had been stamped for any visa till date.
So do i need to share old passport details or just the latest passport would work ?
