Do I need Canadian Police clearance certificate as well since I am living in Canada for last 4 years. Do I need to submit this as a part of my PR application.
Also, I didn't find much information on why we need to fill Schedule A form. can you please provide some more information on that.

Schedule A is primarily for people who answer "Yes" to one of the statutory questions in the e-APR or people who leave gaps in personal and address history sections. If you have answered "Yes" to any of the statutory questions, then it is very likely that you'll be requested schedule A.
