Can i submit the same medicals that was done for EE for the paper based app? Or is it time to withdraw the paper based app?

You cant have 2 concurrent PR apps. Well you can texhnically, but whats the point? And from legal point of view ot sure what are the consequences

Hi guys, AOR was Dec. 13th and my medical passed on feb. 2nd and on same day i got additional doc. Request for RCMP letter which will take a month or so to process.

My Background shows In progress, so is it good sign?
Is it that my application could have been submitted to VO?

My status was the same after the document request. it was "IN PROGRESS" . After submitting it changed to "NOT NEEDED" and currently "NOT STARTED". It is a good sign that your file is moving .
I am not sure about your last question.

no, you can't if they're both in the same class.

what you can do is apply with family sponsorship or CEC for ex and PNP, but not 2 pnps

both likely will be denied on the basis of not fulfilling intention to stay in either province

I received my GCMS notes dated 17 January, that is 40 days post AOR. The last update on my application was on 07 January with the last statement in the GCMS saying "FILE HELD AWAITING RESPONSE FROM PS REGARDING PC"

What is PS? What does that mean?

It can end up in the moment where both PNP could be lost. Eventually they will find out (latest by passport). And what will he do with schedule 4?
