Im US applicant as well, 48 days since AOR and not a single update, are US applications processed in Ottawa ? Why it is taking so long ?

Most of the US applications are processed in Ottawa. However, I might be wrong as well. I am not sure the exact reason why it takes so long, but it depends on individual case. I Know a guy living just opposite me and had everything same as mine including education but different NOC, his file is in final review stage within 60 days (BG in progress since 15 days) so, he might be receiving PPR soon. So really it is confusing, how Ottawa case officers are selecting the files and deciding the processing times.

Try using a URL shortener and post regardless. I've been going over the site using Google Translate and couldn't find the thread in question relating to any December AoR. It'd be interesting to actually confirm.

Alternatively, if you could post a screenshot of the translated text of the post in question, that would be great too.

If they have acknowledged your CSE, then probably not.
But have you attached LOE while submitting the ITA application? If yes, then they know from the starting about the reason why US PCC is not submitted.

Finally someone with BGC in IP. The IMMI TRACKER is not upto date I guess. I was a bit down that all BGCs were NN or NS.

Thanks for sharing, tannko. Was able to see the posts for myself (although in hilariously bad English, thanks to Google Translate ;D)

It does appear to be legitimate, though. I suppose there is a glimmer of hope that the gentlemen somehow lucked onto the hardest working VO office in existence!

Perhaps the backlog is in Ottawa because they're too busy planning what seems to be one hell of a party?
