So my express entry application just got denied today. Reason is, my offer letter (which was from June 2022) states that my "continued employment will be confirmed before the end of the probationary period.".

After the probation period, I never got a official document confirming that, only verbal confirmation from HR head (who left the company a couple months after).

As a result, my refusal letter says: "Although this employment contract is an offer of employment, it is not an Offer of Arranged Employment as per the Ministerial Instructions 29(2):"

Question is, can I still apply for express entry, providing a proper offer of arranged employment after providing my company with all the details? Or my status in Canada is official F-ed? I have 1 year left in my WP so there's still time to prepare for all scenarios I guess.

Thank you

Maybe you can try reconsideration. Nothing stops you from reapplying but the most recent CRS cut-off is 539

You can certainly apply again if you can get the right documentation. If you are on an ICT, the employer should also be providing a letter indicating they will continue to employ you for a year after PR.

Thanks, what do you mean by 'a year after PR'? I do not have a PR so not sure what's the reference date here? Let's say my position is permanent does that count? My WP ends Dec 2025 so they have to say in the letter that they'll continue my employment till 2026 at least (if it's not permanent)?

Also I'm not on a Intra Company Transfer (ICT) if that's what you mean

Your job letter must state that you will have a permanent, full time job one year past PR.

Well I think that's not mandatory. I submitted my closed work permit extension offer letter to claim 50points and got pr approved. It has noc code, lmia exempt number, roles and responsibilities, salary and mentioned 2 years extension.
Job offer letter was dated June 2022 so over 2 years old.

Did IRCC sent a pfl or adr before the Rejection letter? Did they allow you an opportunity to prove a point?
