You can enter the pool with even 400 points or less but that would mean you will be in the pool for quite a long time to get an ITA

Hi my wife is in her final year of her degree. I put her degree to be assessed in WES. now they are requesting for GCE O/L results sheet. (This is how it is mentioned: Official Examination Results, General Certificate of Education, Ordinary Level). Should I have to go to Examination Department in Colombo and request them to send a copy? or will they accept a photo copy of the original we got when results were out?

and I already completed my Bachelor's degree (4 year) in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Will this qualify me for the "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" when I complete the Level 5 HND Diploma?
Without the two or more part I am only at 443 points CRS Score so I am looking to get more points before I apply for EE and I just want to make sure the diploma I register to do will count towards getting me more points since it will take 2 years and a lot of money.

Technically yes you are eligible to claim the "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees" if you complete the HND. Although it would be advisable to complete a postgraduate qualification like a Masters in your field of expertise which would take a duration of 1 year or so.
Since you already have a CRS of 443 with your bachelor's degree you might as well be lucky enough to obtain an ITA in the upcoming draws since the average cutoff region is above 440 , but do make sure you have your ECA complete from WES in order to claim points for your bachelor's degree. just to clarify one small doubt with a situation similar to yours. i have completed the same HND BTec 2 years diploma and 1 year top up degree in UK. when i sent my documents to WES for evaluation, they did not accept my HND certificate from sri lankan institute; their response was that it was not issued by an authorized facility. Did you face the same issue - or did you send the HND transcript from some other organization like Pearson?

As to your concern, what I did was I requested my transcripts through Pearson directly. By doing so, I had no concerns with WES. Use the following link to request your transcript with respect to your HND.

A small fee has to be paid to get your documents sent to WES. But have no fear. They will send WES the necessary documents. However make sure that you give Pearson the right details such as your Candidate number, year of start, year of end dates and attach any additional details such as WES transcript request form etc..It should take a couple of weeks at most. May I know if your HND was issued by Edexcel or Pearson?
My issue is that I completed my HND at Edexcel in 2009 - (Pearson took over Edexcel later and there is no Edexcel anymore). I sent the HND transcript through now-Pearson office last month, and WES does not accept that as the certificate still says Edexcel. The only option I have is to request for transcripts through the link you gave and hope that transcript does not have the word "edexcel" anywhere on that paper.
Did you go through a similar ordeal?
I didn't go through such an ordeal as I completed my HND in 2014. However its best to get your transcript request done directly through Pearson in order to avoid any confusions. You may add in a small note with your concerns when you are requesting the transcripts.
