Guys, Question - If the diploma/degree was done in SL but was offered from an institute in UK, when filling the EE profile what should be mentioned under education history?

No this wouldn't be a problem. I had the same qualification and the documents were sent separately. But do check if your university is on the list of the ECA evaluation body.
