I'm about to start my application by myself. Hoping to get guidance from you guys. Have few questions,

For the ECA do I need to submit my Advance level details or just the Degree information ?​

Just degree should be ok. You wont get points for O/A Level. And if you have done the Edexcel version, you ll need to end up paying 50-75 Pounds

Also carefully consider where you will get ECA done. I ve done an MBA from Sri Lanka, which wasnt accepted by WES, so head to try IQAS which is good but time consuming.

However I am having concerns with my ECA evaluation as I have completed a BTEC HND from Pearson and then completed a top up year degree in the UK (Engineering). Will the WES evaluate this as an equivalent to a Canadian Bachelor's degree?

Hi. I just received my WES evaluation as: Diploma (two years) and bachelor's degree (four years)
Does this mean that I am eligible under the education criteria of "Two or more certificates, diploma or degrees" or "Bachelors Degree" when I am creating my EE profile?

Hi...It is basically a Pearson BTEC HND (Level 5) which has a duration of 2 years. Here is the link for your reference:

Yes, thanks. So this means you did level 4 and 5 and you got evaluation of 2 years program?
Also, I am unable to purchase these diplomas online for distance learning, can I buy from pearson? You did online too?

Actually I did the level 5 program. This is equivalent to a two year of study of a UK Degree program.
Unfortunately you cannot do this online. You should take the program from an authorized institution

There are some reliable websites that provide btec diplomas online too through distance learning, do you know anyone who got online diploma and wes evaluated it? I am about to take online, will they work?

Well I do not know anyone who has claimed their BTEC diplomas as such. However I advice you to go through the websites which you have checked thoroughly and make sure they deliver the course content reliably. Best would be to contact them, that should clear out most of your doubts.

May I know what course you are planning to take so that I can have a look and confirm from my side as well....
