No, my work permit is not LMIA approved :( . Its only close work permit with my current employer.
NOC:2174 is a LMIA required occupation. Most of the employers won't disclose LMIA/LMO to their employees, (this happened to my spouse) but you might have got a closed work permit with an approved LMIA. Try to get a copy of that from your company and you will be good to go with EE.

I received request to submit Schedule A: Please provide answers to Statutory Questions., for my spouse ...I have already answered them , while submitting my forms online ...
Was anyone ask on it before ? I am not clear what information they want, if the it was answered already

I had applied for PCC for my Australian visa application. My Indian PCC says - It is certified that there is no adverse info against the applicant which would render him ineligible for travel facilities including visa for Australia.

Issued in March 2015.

Do I request a new PCC for Canada or do I submit the same?
Anyone been in a similar situation.

Regards
DJ

You can use the same as they were only looking for the scanned copy of the PCC. As you mentioned that this is only issued in march and you have only 6 months from March viz., September. You can apply before 6 months from the date of issuance.

Yes, its been 3 months since I did my medicals. On friday I have sent an overnight fedex to Health Branch CIC. I am not sure if that did the trick.

It's been more than 3months since I did my medicals and they haven't updated. What did you exactly do?

I am not sure about your case but in my case my Doctor did not upload my medicals to emedicals properly. Upon receipt of a letter from Health Branch, my doctor re-uploaded my medicals on May 14th. I was waiting for an update on medicals since then.

So at last on last Friday I have mailed a request letter which was received by Health Branch today morning. I just included a sentence as under:
"My doctor informed me that she uploaded my medicals on 14th May 2015 so I am humbly informing the resubmission of my Medical Tests for your kind perusal."

Hello everyone!

I was invited under fsw on March 27. My one year experience is under 2 different noc codes ( both noc b). I heard from someone that one needs to be in the same noc code to be eligible for fsw. Can sometime please clarify?

Thank you in advance,

Aarti

Yes, you must have one year of full-time paid experience in one NOC code. Also, you cannot have been a full-time student while you were working full-time.
