I don't know if I am in the rite area for this topic but I have submitted all my stuff for pr and I am trying to add my t4s to my documents. does anyone know if I can do this after all my stuff is submitted and payed for. cheers

I got a decision from CIC today, refused :'(

They decided not to take my LMO in consideration and took the points out for it. I'm on a 2 year LMO.

I am not satisfied that you have a qualifying offer of arranged employment. I note you have not provided an offer of employment for full-time work in Canada that is non-seasonal and indeterminate.

What am I to do, what do they want from me? I suppose something was missing in the app?

Has anybody had similar in any way?

I just can't believe this is happening after all these months and all this paperwork.

So sorry to hear MaryAnneAB, I can only imagine your disappointment. How long before you got the reply from CIC after submitting your application?

I think the seniors in this forum can better advise you of how to move forward.

Guys I got a Information Letter requesting Passport, Bio data and 2 photos. Looks like PPR is here!!!!!!

Only problem, I am in India and need to email them that I cannot send passport to ottawa.

Anyone face similar situation? How quick do they respond?

This is unbelievable but you still can for it. I suggest you first order the GCMS notes and find out their observations and notes. Take this to an attorney and he can help you either to reopen or to submit a new one based on their notes and attorney's advise.

that is really painful .... LMO is already difficult to get!
DId you submit a letter from employer saying that this is full time job and their was no end date on the job offer?

That is a really good suggestion. Ask for GCMS notes and go to an Attorney..... Meanwhile create a new EE profile for chance in new ITA draw and a new invitation.

Do not submit until they ask something specifically. If the officer is not satisfied he will request the documents from you. However, you may send a CSE with the attachments and explanation letter.

Congrats to those who are getting their PPRs.

I see now which document they mean, it was my fault. However I've an LMO, I submitted the approved LMO, they had to have all the docs to get it approved. It's a technical thing. I understand why now but it's very brutal how they go about it. I submitted my original offer of employment, not the one with the start date when the LMO came into effect.

I'm shattered. I need to go to work now and I don't know how I'm going to make it through today. I want/ed this more than anything.

Be strong MaryAnneAB . You have LMO and you can easily get ITA again. If I were you I would create a new EE and also at the same time i send CSE with the doc that they wanted. they might reopen your EE. Be strong, you should be fine. Never is too late. I am also at work now and stressed about my application but have hopes you will get it.

So sorry to hear the bad news. Maybe consulting with an immigration specialist is really the best thing to do right now. I am confident he/she will be able to help you deicide what to do in order to move forward. Good luck!!!
