Good that you are making progress, and wish you good luck for getting PR.

However, for being united.. trust me ... I am not sure if you would curse EE or love it in the longer run.

Hahhaha, I get you . But I'm glad I even got the opportunity to try and get my PR independently. Things don't always work out for me but I'm a stubborn one, always look on the bright side of life! Good luck and God bless!

Well, I am new member of this forum and was just going through different threads of this forum.
I have yet to create my EE profile, so AOR is not at all in any existence at this moment.
But after reading your story, it gave me lot of confidence, as few of local agents with whom I met, they have also rejected my possibilities of canada immigration saying my occupation is not valid and all such b******t things.
But, now with your example I can see that if we persist and believe in ourselves then surely we can achieve our dream.

Profile Creation: 25th March 2015
ITA Received: 27th March 2015 (Score 490 ITA under FSW)
Medical: 20th April 2015
E Application: 22nd April 2015
AOR: 23rd April 2015

I am able to access GCMS from 24th April & status is “In Process”. There has been no update after that. Not even medical update. Should I be concerned as most members have reported update in Medical within 30 days of application. Any suggestions?

The call keep disconnecting at the end.
It says you might hang around or call later and then it gets disconnected
Do I just have to keep trying until I get lucky ?

Or do they give some extra details when we CALL them for our application?

It happened to me when I tried calling in afternoon, as lot of people will be in que probably and they know they cant take it before 4pm
The best time to call is 8am. Anyways keep trying, you can get through.

It really depends on who picked up the call.

Yes they may not give much info other than what is in ECAS but some things that you can clarify are:
- If there any pending docs or communication that was sent from CIC which you may have missed to receive if there has been no movement on file for say 2 months.

Because in my case agent could see that police certificates are required, but I had not got any request on Mycic at that point but got it after few days later.

- they can also confirm if medicals are registered.

Other than this they wont give much information I guess.
