Great news I research in the official site and I think I am eligible for BOWP , because my nomination letter is in SINP OID without job offer and for PNP this is the pre requisite. I really appreciate your informtion. Thanks a lot - Follow the link -

Note: Foreign nationals in the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) are eligible for a BOWP only if they have provided a copy of the nomination letter issued by the nominating province or territory along with their application and there is no indication that employment restrictions exist as conditions of the nomination.

Hello! I was reading thru the website and it states that one must be in Canada to apply for BOWP. If you are in Brazil you are not elegible. I got my hopes up but it was for 15 seconds only rsrs

Hello Gisa. I still believe if you are in Brazil it may be a chance that you can apply to work permit. Both me and my sister were in SINP, but I don´t know if it is the difference that we have an employer and the Job offer is valid for us to apply...as I don´t know your situation if you have or don´t have a job offer, I don´t know if you can apply to an Open Work Permit or must wait PR.
My Work Visa for some reason was denied last year but my sister arrived in SK about one month ago under Work Visa by SINP process...her husband holds an open work permit.
I don´t know if I made myself clear but you are welcomed to ask anything!
Take care

Yeah, you are right, you can only apply for a Bridge Open Work Permit if you already have a WP (inland applicants). I applied for my BOWP a few days ago because my visa is expiring in January and I am expecting to receive PPR in March 2017.

No, that's the way. Federal Police online certificate.

Adding my case to the list.
I am really worried about this situation with SPVO. Wish I could get to SK by May/2017, no more than July. But, as far as I've seen your cases, it seems to be a dream... :'(

By the way, I got "Medicals Passed" only 2 days after AOR. Does this mean anything (good)?

Hang in there. Maybe there is a specific reason for this delay and you wont need to go through the same pain as we are.

I got my 2nd GCMS notes yesterday and apparently the last movement of my files was on September 20th. The last note of Sao Paulo office says "PA SEEMS TO MEET DEFINITION OF FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER, AND TO SCORE SUFFICIENT POINTS TO BE ELIGIBLE. PASSED TO VO".

Was it really SPVO that wrote this note?

I have lots of notes (4 to be exact) pointing out that I passed, and so on, but since my application was moved to Sao Paulo, no movement whatsoever.

My last set of GCMS notes was received in September... and then I gave up requesting them.

Really... And how long did they take to reach such an indefinite conclusion that you SEEM to meet the definition???? REALLY??? If this is not a SLOWDOWN then what is it?

The office field in my last note says "Sao Paulo", I don't know if it's actual. Apparently my last report was generate in October.

I recommend everybody here request information in all ways as often as possible. I request another GCMS report last Friday.
