Eu dei uma pesquisada e obter um visto de trabalho é um pouco mais fácil após uma nomeação, acredito q vc só precisa de uma carta de oferta e emprego e vc consegue... Assim q sair minha nomeação vou dar um ultimato para minha empresa para me transferir e acho que vai dar certo porque o meu gerente está ciente (só pediu para esperar até Janeiro pq agora no Q4 é complicado).. se não funcionar vou começar a procurar coisas por lá.

Estou considerando seriamente fazer o mesmo! Falei com meu marido e ele adorou a ideia de irmos embora com visto temporário, logo após a nomination (se houver :-\). Nosso plan B é eu iniciar uma outra pós e ele consegue trabalhar enquanto isso. De qualquer forma, a ideia é ir no semestre que vem. A diferença é que eu não tenho nenhum emprego em vista e não sei se seria fácil conseguir algo logo de cara, mas só estando lá pra saber. Good for you que sua empresa irá te transferir! One less thing to worry about! Você já leu sobre alguém que fez isso e não teve problemas? Alterar endereço logo após a nomination? Você faria isso antes ou depois de aceitar a ITA?

I have an AOR date close to yours (12 days later). Let's see if in 10 days I get the same luck!

I don't want to be the bearer of the bad news, but mine is in progress since end of July. So far, no PPR.

But to look on the bright side, usually when you have any changes, it means that someone had access to your profile. And at this point, any movement is a good sign. They could ask for further documents or it could really mean PPR. We never know for sure.

Vfonte, as you might be aware, the stages where the process changes is much connected to the program that you have applied under.

FSW and CeC mainly have their BG in progress right after R10 and A11.2 are passed. That is not the same behavior for PNPs. Lately, PNPs change their BG status when the process is close to PPR.

Então, não li a respeito mas imagino que seja um formulário para atualizar informações pessoais como o Form 16 da OINP.

Recebendo a NoM eu ja aceito para conseguir um ITA e vou correr para isso virar um AOR submetendo toda papelada, com um pouco de sorte isso vai acontecer antes do meu perfil expirar em 27 de janeiro!

A minha transferencia pela empresa deve demorar no minimo 3 meses (isso se acontecer) então vou tocar ambos em paralelo... O EE vai com endereço daqui (Brasil) mesmo até eu estiver morando lá e ai eu atualizo... Fazendo assim eu corro o risco do processo vir para cá enquanto eu não mudo o endereço, mas paciência... não queria atrasar o meu processo de PR só para poder fazer de lá sendo que talvez eu não consiga ir para lá pela minha empresa ou achar algo lá no esquema de tirar um visto de trabalho pela NoM.

- It also says that the VISA will have the same validity as my medicals exams, which will expire in February I think.Does it mean I need to land in Canada by February?

It will probably be back by then if you send it this week.

Maybe through VAC offices? Do you have one in your city?

Yes. You are right.

Depends where you are! But from within Brasil SEDEX is probably the best alternative as it will get to its destination within 1/2 days and is much cheaper than FEDEX/DHL/UPS...
