Please could you share your timeline, it is will be great for comparassion purposes.
One more question after receive AOR , did you receive another AOR from Sao Paulo VO ? How can I know if my file was transferred ?

My timeline is:
PNP Saskatchewan applicantion - SINP OID Category (without job offer)
App Filled: Jan 03
Nomination: Jun 09
AOR Received: Sep 30.
Medical Request: Waiting.

Hello Robson,
With you Nomination you were also qualified to apply to the Work Permit. My sister did the same PNP thing and arrived in SK last week, her timeline is almost like yours and she is there already. But after the AOR it will come Medical request, RPRF and than Passport Request.
I don´t know if you want to go as soon as possible or if you are already in Canada but the only thing now is to wait on Sao Paulo VO mercy to work on your file....I am waiting on them as well...I know that the website says about 16 months to process PR thru SPVO but I believe that within 9 months you can be done with it! These is my opinion only. Take care

As far as I know nominations themselves aren't sufficient for a WP... Once you get an AOR from an ITA then you become eligible for a BOWP (bridging open work permit) but for that you need to already have a WP (so CE or Inland FSW).

Great news I research in the official site and I think I am eligible for BOWP , because my nomination letter is in SINP OID without job offer and for PNP this is the pre requisite. I really appreciate your informtion. Thanks a lot - Follow the link - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/prov/bridging.asp
Note: Foreign nationals in the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) are eligible for a BOWP only if they have provided a copy of the nomination letter issued by the nominating province or territory along with their application and there is no indication that employment restrictions exist as conditions of the nomination.

Hi guys
I was finally invited today to apply to PR through EE :) .. after waiting for almost 2 years ...
My question is about the financial statement , CIC asks a letter from the bank with a lot of special requirements , has anybody got a letter from a bank in Brazil? ...I have a bank account in ITAU , I tried to explain to the manager, but that one didn't know about any letter model .

Thanks

8th AOR anniversary today !

What are these special requirements?

As far as I know you need the following:
- It needs to be on letterhead (papel timbrado)
- It should have you name and account number
- It should say you posses XXX amounts of funds that are unencumbered and readily available
- It should be stamped and signed by you manager (or someone at the bank)

This is what I used for OINP from my bank (should suffice, no?):

We hereby declare that Mr. XXX registered under CPF XX in the general taxpayers registry, resident at XXX has been our client since XX/XX/XXXX, having always conducted him self with punctuality and correctness in all financial transactions with this bank.

Mr XXX has requested a statement for the purpose of demonstrating his financial capacity, we wish to declare that his current account is equivalent to USD XXX and that these funds are unencumbered and readily available.

Hi guy, congrats for your ITA.

Regarding the bank letter, there is a post in a Brazilian forum that could help you. The link is http://www.canadaparabrasileiros.com/forum/topic/4467-express-entry-guia-documentação-pós-ita/, you should be logged to see it. Below is a quote with the text about proof of funds.

Hope it help you.
