Aplicamos em Setembro e recebemos o AOR no começo de outubro. Nossa categoria é Canadian Experience.
Já li alguns posts e sei que teremos que esperar um tanto até o PR ser emitido, mas gostaria de saber se o tempo de espera varia de categoria para categoria e se estar no Canada muda alguma coisa ou não. Alguem sabe me dizer?

Estando no Canadá tem grandes chances de sua aplicação ser processada por Ottawa.

Eles têm respeitado os prazos na grande maioria dos casos.

CEC tem saído entre o quinto e sexto mes, sem estresses, quando é por Ottawa.

I believe you posted in another topic that Ottawa or SPVO recommended an interview with you. Did that happen?

Not yet. Our medicals will expire in January/2017.

I saw that in my GCMS notes. I sent an email to SPVO but received only a standard response. So, I'm waiting.

I don't mind at all. But what do you mean by "stage"? Right now, I have my BG as "in process" and 7 months and half since AOR.

That is quite a wait time. But this is what I mean to ask. To be honest I am trying to learn more about the different experience people have in the process of immigration, and in many ways people who are posting here have become experts in this topic. What advice could you give me about your experience so far?

To be fair, SPVO did ask for further proof of my work experience, which I sent two months ago. I'm pretty sure that's the reason for the delay, but the lack of a due date for an answer frustrates me. I could get an answer tomorrow or maybe even next year. When you go beyond the 6 months mark, you are in the limbo. It's totally unpredictable.

My advice for those who are applying to EE is: don't get too eager for the PPR. Last year there were a lot of people who got the PPR in less than 6 months, but since the beginning of this year, there are more and more applications that are beyond the 6 months mark. And I still see many people hoping to get their PPR in 4 or 5 months. That expectation is not healthy and I do not recommend. The key to this whole process is patience. A lot of patience.

My mistake maybe was not sending those work experience documents when I applied. If I did that, this whole process could be over by now. So, I advise to send all the documents when you apply. This will save you some time in the future.

And also read the topic "Reasons for rejection" and try to avoid any mistake.

Tenho uma dúvida e vou postar aqui pois nos foruns que estou tem poucos brasileiros.

Fui nominado pela Provincia de Saskatchewan em 09.Jul.2016 (SINP OID - Without job offer) recebi meu AOR em 30.Sep.2016. Meu caso não é express-entry fiz o processo online pela provincia depois que fui nominado tive que enviar toda uma documentação por correio (paper based) para Nova Scotia e em Setembro recebi meu AOR e fiz o link da minha aplicação online no MYCIC, desde de então estou com o meu status Open - Review in Progress - já fiz estas mesmas perguntas pelo Web Form no CIC, mas não obtive resposta.

Conversando com uma pessoa que aplicou em 2013 antes do Express Entry que também era via correio ele me falou que depois do AOR o Medical Request dele foi em 40 dias e depois mais 2 meses para conseguir o visto.

Desculpem estar postando aqui mas tem poucas pessoas cujo VO é Sao Paulo que tenham sido nominadas por provincia PNP através de paper based e gostaria de tirar a dúvida e comparar as Timelines para poder ter uma ideia de quando sai o meu e programar minha mudança para o Canada.

Muito obrigado, se alguém estiver na mesma situação que eu e puder compartilhar sua Timeline sera muito útil.

Eu também estou no PNP NÂO EE - e a espera está em 16 meses (parte Federal)...já estou a 7 meses na espera e nada do pedido dos exames.
