On 31 they will stop accepting the application under FSW quota and will start Expess Rntry from 1st January 2015 where no quota will be application but the Visa selection will be on draw basis.

Prospective Immigrants, you don't get what the Canadian Minister of Immigration wants to say: HIRE any Regulated Immigration Consultant (PIMP), who will bribe on your behalf to Canadian employer and arrange an approved PNP or LIMA in your favor. They just format the system from Fake Work Permits (LMO) to EE but the ulterior motive will remain the same. Lots of franchises in Canada brought thousands of foreign workers by the name of LMO. Get your cash ready. Canada is not heaven because the same human beings lives here as well...

I am still to figure out how Express Entry would work. Anyhow, any comments on my profile vis-a-vis Express Entry ? A brief about me:

1. 5+ years of work experience as a Specialist Pediatrician
2. MBBS, MD post grad from one of the top most Institute in India
3. 1 1/2 year work + training experience in Canada .
4 IELTS score Overall 8.5
5. 34 years of age
6. Married
7. 1 yr Son Born in Canada /Canadian
8. Permanant Job offered in Saskatchewan as a Pediatrician with LMIA positive from 2015 October (400k salary)

Requesting someone to comment on my chances via Express Entry program 2015.
Should i wait for Express entry (worried if i will make the points) or should i go ahead and right away apply for Canada Experience Class on my current experience
or apply for Provincial Nominee Program.
Please help

Your chances are golden with canadian work experience and job offer. You will be one of the first people to get invitation to apply under express entry. If you don't know already, the new points scheme for express entry are already out. Follow this link for details:

My Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for EE is 342. Do i stand any chance in getting Invitation?

Looks like people who got through older system are really lucky. Now it will be tough for many people to crack CANADA DREAM!

getting PR requires a job offer and of course getting a job offer requires PR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
many employers are and will be reluctant to make a job offer to an international candidate due to the many formalities involved and quite time consuming and will obviously prefer to employ a canadian or a person currently residing in canada or a person with PR.

I think that's the point. Only people who are really needed or who already have a job will benefit. Too many doctors and dentists driving taxis in the cities.... Their FSW applications looked good on paper, but when they get to Canada, they are unemployable.

Express Entry: will I benefit from submitting my profile first?

Creating an Express Entry profile will soon be the first step to immigrate to Canada permanently as a skilled worker through the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), or Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

Although the system launches at 12 noon EST on January 1, it is important to note that there is no advantage to rushing to complete this process because you can submit your Express Entry profile at any time.

With Express Entry there are no deadlines to complete a profile and there are no caps on the number of candidates that will be accepted to the pool.

****IMPORTANT****​

CIC will issue candidates an Invitation to Apply by regularly drawing only the top ranked candidates from the pool. The first draw will take place at the end of January 2015.

A candidate's rank is determined using the Comprehensive Ranking System, and not based on when their profile was submitted. In other words, the Express Entry system ensures that only the candidates who are most likely to succeed - and not simply the first to submit their application - are able to apply to immigrate to Canada.
