I am sure they will call applicants as long as they score high even if you dont have a permanant job offer.

In general NZ immigration system only for their international student or those who got job offer while as Australian immigration is very friendly for other immigrant. If canada becomes strict like Nz Than it's a problem for us who don't have onshore education or experience.
Let's see what is waiting for us

That's tricky I am sure they will have provisions.As they have mentioned that candidates who score high also will be invited to apply.Also there are many of us who have full time jobs currently in Canada but on contract jobs.

It is kinda of a deadlock situation.
Getting a job without PR or WP is very rough and now getting a PR without job is not possible .

Waiting everyday for the details to come for the EE.We were eligible under the Canadian experience class by Jan 2015 but now do not know how the new system will affect us.My husband still has a full time job that is LMO exempt but on contract .So sceptic about how new rules will affect us.

In my opinion, most criteria will be the same but the process will surely change.

Age
Education
Adaptability
Language

Point scheme may change. Let's all wish and hope for the best immigrant friendly EE

I didn't understand the concept of skills international? If they certify then does it mean canada will provide visa under express entry scheme?

Is it something like EE scheme is based on skills international?

They are just another consultancy who are promising you that they will help you in a job offer from Canada by scheduling an interview call with Canadian employer, and they are charging a huge sum for that.
EE2015 - once you have a job offer- you are more than half way done to PR.

Yeah but what they can do if opportunities are less in canada? particularly for IT professionals

But what I infer from their website is that they certify the candidate as 'ready for employment' which itself is enough for EE scheme but not sure whether 'ready for employment' is associated with job offer, if it is then no use of this consultant

In other case if they just see our skills and certify that 'ready for employment' and if canadian embassy trust this certificate then I think its a huge value add

"ready for employment" is just a tag you will get by them. CIC has no preference for this tag. it is just employees (who have some relationships with Skills International) who might find this tag having some weight. That's what i understood.

The CIC figure is dated back June 2014.
It is not the current picture.
This NOC is closed.
