I think when you apply for PR through EE or any pathway for that matter, one should consider job certifications in whatever field your at. Some think that since their field is in demand, it would be easy to get into the job that they want. I would like to advise that even before you consider in applying, get the proper credentials and certification that will be recognized in Canada. PR will just give you entry to the country but it is not an assurance you will get the job you want. Most immigrants end up studying again in the beginning. Just food for thought.
