expiry date ???

hello,

so i just got the option C printout in the mail,obviously the they did not send it the first time i called them, but after i called again they did.

anyway my file is ready to be sent but i wanted to know if theres any expiry date for the document because some of them are more than three months old! is that ok or everything should be within three months, such as police clearance,bank account etc...

The police clearance is supposed to be within 3 months but we are sending ours tomorrow probably and we'll see what happens.

One thing I have heard they are very picky about is that your actual application forms must be signed less than 3 months before you send it.

Really? Can you find a reference in CIC website or anywhere about this? By the time we send ours its going to be close to 3 months mark..eeks. I got my husband to sign his papers back in April.

yeah i know its complicated we signed ours in may but he did his medical in april, i know its valid for a year but they probably have sent the results to them but we ddint even submit our application yet .

I can't find it right now. Maybe someone else can help. I seem to remember someone here saying that their whole application was returned to them because the signatures were too old.
