Hello APPNOV2014NY,

I saw your timeline and its showing that you applied through MON PROJET on 15th Jan 2016, are you in category of CAP-EXEMPT (means are you a temporary resident in Quebec or you have a job offer from Quebec ) or you applied under regular skilled worker category without any job offer? I am asking this because I want to know whether the immigration ministry have started to send the documents checklist to regular skilled worker category applicants or not?

Your reply will be highly appreciated.

Thank You

Hello,

I am an electronic engineer and it is a regulated trade. I don't have the license to practice. I have applied in August 2016. Is license a hurdle or not? If yes, what should i do?

Regards,

@APPNOV2014NY, what about tax documents? They will demand for it at CSQ or federal level ; or they don't care about it?

Not a hurdle. If MIDI asks you to sign a form "practice regulated trade" something just sign it and return it with documents. My wife is electronics and comm engineer and we did not face any issue.

I was not asked to submit any tax document during CSQ part and I do not see any guideline to submit tax document in Federal checklist.

I’m mon projet applicant, I would appreciate your help regarding below questions:

1- The first page of my passport has different language than English/French, do I need to translate it as well?
2- Regarding temporary resident, it's work permit and it is renewed every year, do I need to send the latest valid one or all of them?
3- Regarding education diploma, I mentioned my post-graduate diploma only in my application, do I need to send my secondary school as well or it’s not necessary?
4- Can I use commercial mailbox (ex: shop&ship mailbox) for receiving my CSQ?

Thanks in advance.

That's good. You were cap-exempt applicant , might be this is the reason for not asking you these docs. Do you think same for non-cap exempt applicant?
