You can reach out to that company and ask for experience letter in required format. Otherwise, submit whatever you have.

I visited the company infact its a bank and approached to an officer and asked him that I need the name of the person and JDs for my Internship letter that was issued in 2007. His reply was he cant trace this person who issued to me internship letter for my university coursework nor can give me the new letter with the Jds because this internship was done in 2007 and its been 9 years.

Guys what should I do will Immigration Quebec accept this internship letter or they will decline my application due to not providing the JDs, name of the officer. ??? ??? ???

If it was paid internship than can you show payslips or IT returns of the year 2007? Did you call MIDI customer care for advise on this issue?

As per my information, for QSWP .. work experience must have been accumulated during the previous five years.

In my opinion there is no need to worry much. You have sufficient experience. @nanak12 information seems correct.

No it was not paid it was unpaid internship which is mandatory for university course work and have Credit hours and the grade are also mentioned on the Transcript.

What if, my police clearance certificate of foreign country has expired(more than 12 months passed of issuance) and after obtaining police clearance cerificate, I have never been in that country. Is this expired certificate is acceptable by CIC or need to get new police clearance certificate?
