iam also applicant of MPQ on august 16th but i have not received the documents checklist. Can you tell me which country you have applied and are you in Quebec or outside applicant.

this is ridiculously lazy behavior by MIDI we submitted our online applications in August and still not got the checklist approx 09 month waiting and counting...i believe the old paper based system was way better you can submit your documents anytime without any delay and update it...

everyone will be assessed as per new rules if you dont have 50 points or 59 you will be rejected..No mercy from MIDI..

This is the might of Government laws you cant challenge them they have legal powers to change it. i was affected by the same thing in 2012 and they rejected every applocant who dont have enough points as per new rule..so same will happen in 2017..Dont expect any favors from them..
