And just to be absolutely clear, your husband's "Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada" sponsorship is no longer an option. You are not eligible as you are no longer "in Canada". Expect a refusal.

Are you just reading everyone's posts telling you that you've been excluded from Canada, and then asking questions again in the hopes of getting a different answer?

US Permanent Residents do not require a visa to enter Canada. While a visa application centre may accept your money in applying for a TRV, Canada will treat your TRV as an ARC - as in, not only will you need to provide proof of ties to the US (which you probably don't have if you were living inland Canada with your husband), willingness to abide by the terms of your admission (which you have not, hence your exclusion order), and a willingness to leave Canada once your admission expires (since you are applying for a TRV seemingly so close to your exclusion, this too will fail), you will also be required to demonstrate how the circumstances that led to your exclusion have changed so substantially that you should be readmitted to Canada.

There are many reasons why your application will likely fail. You have ties to the Canada, not to the US. You did not abide by your admission. You are applying quickly after an exclusion order, making it seem like you are trying everything you can to get back in.

You haven't mentioned anything that has changed relating to the reasons for your exclusion, so I don't know why an ARC would succeed.

Most likely, what you need to do is wait the year outside Canada. Or hire a lawyer to represent you for the ARC. But you really need to reflect on why you were excluded and explain what has changed now and why your change means you should be re-admitted to Canada. And I don't see anything.

I would expect any TRV application to be soundly rejected unless you have a compelling reason why you should be allowed to re-enter Canada and extremely compelling evidence of ties to the US.
I have ties with usa. My parents are in usa.

Your only option now is to apply for the ARC. You cannot re-enter Canada until either the ARC is approved or your exclusion order ends a year from now. As others have said, processing times for ARCs are generally many months and it's quite possible IRCC may wait until your exclusion order is close to ending next year before approving the ARC.

Or they would deny it as being untimely - part of the instruction is to wait and "reflect on what caused" the exclusion order in the first place.

You can certainly try, as you've said you are both visa-exempt and a PR of the USA. But expect every interaction with CIC/CBSA afterwards to be a little more of an adventure now that you've been ordered to leave Canada and prohibited from entering for a year.

Can anyone let me know, do ihave to apply for an ARC to visa application center or to consulate general of Canada in new York. as I am in new York

Hello there.
Please what about ARC in cases of permanent immigration procedures.
I am a PNPoutside applicant. I got nominated one year ago and I submitted my application on March 2018.
My partner was asked to submit an ARC payment from our visa local office one month ago. Do you think will require so long 10-12 months to get a response, in such a case as PRP?
