I am a protected person in Canada(still waiting for PR). Do I need a Study Permit if I would like to take ESL/LINC at local school board ?

I have similar question about this. can I take ESL or upgrading program in colleges without work permit as a convention refugee ? the program is juts 14 weeks and they say I need to have a valid study permit .

You don’t need study permit For ESL.
For the college program;
If the program more than 6 months you need study permit.
Less than 6 months you don’t need study permit.
(I am not 100% sure)
