No. I don’t think the nationality does impact the processing time with anything. Before the hearing yes nationality matters, but after that we all have the same processing time, but it really depends on the officer who works on your file.

You should apply for refugee travel document even if you got pr. As a refugee you should not travel with your home country passport.
