hi everyone,

It's kinda disappointing, Definitely it was an error for those ecas with " In process" and with medicals stated in it!!!! I already emailed buffalo office and they hav'nt had my client id or name they replied...it was then 3 months after I sent my full docs..in Buffalo so it means I still does'nt have a new file number from theirs office therefore on que and waiting for their 2nd AOR . cheers and Godbless to all!!

can you please post the reply from visa office here, your english is too good to understand.......

thx

here is the email from them..hope we understand now whats going on..

As indicated on our website, the tablesindicate application processing times at Canadian visa offices outside Canada. The times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between October 1, 2009, and September 30, 2010. Processing times are subject to change.

means they never received your documents or anything, did you receive any 2nd AOR??

do you have courier proof that your documents were delivered to visa office??

yup I got proof that they received it but I'm still waiting for the 2nd AOR, the 120 days not yet passed it will be on feb.29,2010 ,very early for me to expect IN process and to think 2nd AOR would take 5 to 7 months after you sent the full docs. before they sent it to you based on what I had seen on my freinds and colleuges, and I even got the signature of who ever recieve my docs. in Buffalo office. I'm gonna email them again and attached the proof...It may be they just received it and still on que for evaluation, thats why they had no files as of the moment..it is not yet opened so no record or whatsoever..thats my idea, not unless i got the 2nd AOR w/c will had new file number and still they had no record I 'll be worried then if that will be the case. So Hope for the best. thanks.

In my case,it is also showing in process and medical received,so no need to worry friends its system problem.I did not receive any 2nd AOR,same words written by wxyz

sad to say..I also share same ECAS status "ïn process" with medicals received but I haven't done any medical since I didn't yet receive Medical request notice from VO.

I am also waiting for my 2nd AOR from Manila, VO. Can anybody tell me if the AOR that I will deem receive from VO is just an acknowledgment that they received my documents? or can they also include simultaneuosly a request for the Medical?

Anybody who went thru having receive 2nd AOR with Medical request altogether?

Acknowledgement from LONDON - 2nd AOR received today.

with new file #

well I sent a case specific enquiry on Januray 30,2011 about the recently updated e-cas and Today on January 31 they replied. My email was :

" I am so confused with the recent update of my e-cas which has updated on Jan 25,2011. My e-cas was "Centralize Intake Office Review Complete" before but on Jan 25,2011 "In Process" added there too. But when I click on In Process there is only one line that is " We received your application on April 14,2010" nothing more then that. Moreover,my e-cas was never "Received by visa office" though I received my 2nd AOR on November 22,2010 and got my second file number. But still now I could not able to check my e-cas with the new file number. I have to check with my old file number which was B********* . I sent another enquiry before regarding this matter and got a reply that, when my file will be in process I'll be able to check my e-cas with the new file number. Now my e-cas is showing "In Process" but I'm unable to check e-cas with new file number. So I'm very much confused,is this updated e-cas is an error or it is normal? I look forward to hearing from you."

and they replied me :

"Dear Sir,

Your application is pending review. Please wait to hear from us.

Your new file number is E*********
Please note that we are NOT able to acknowledge receipt and respond to requests for information on the routine progress of your application unless your application is not proceeding normally.
We will not respond to similar future requests.
Thank you for your interest in Canada.

Is this means that my case actually is not " In Process " they are still pending for review? What exactly they mean by pending for review?

Hi everyone,

Buffalo office replied for my inquiry as per CIC the 2nd AOr will take 30 weeks...after you sent the full docs... Goodluck to all...
Congrats to mis...
