Entrepreneur and Sponsor Husband

Hello,

I am an entrepreneur and want to immigrate to Canada in next month...I have a question. my daughter want marry after landing and getting her PR and then sponsoring her next husband.

I want to know can she immediately sponsor him after getting her PR or should wait until we pass condition of entrepreneur application (for example should establish business and it must work at least 1 year and so on)
